Support the Operations Behind Global Digital Products
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization and support workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI capabilities, our global product organization is transforming how enterprise operations work at scale.
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and high-potential interns who are passionate about Project Operations, coordination, and execution excellence. This is not a passive admin internship — you will work directly with global product leaders and gain hands-on exposure to leadership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in an international environment.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
Project & Operation SupportSupport meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activitiesAttend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closureMaintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverablesPrepare concise weekly updates and operational reportsStakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teamsHelp ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teamsSupport workshops, training sessions, and engagement activitiesOperational ExcellenceCreate and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standardsSupport process improvements to make operations more structured and efficientLearn how global product organizations manage execution, planning, and delivery cadence Must-Have
3rd or 4th-year student in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fieldsUniversity recommendation/introduction letter for internship is mandatoryGood English communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through mindsetProactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitudeGood Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointNice to Have
