Task and responsibilities:
Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service ProviderActively contribute to the achievement of KPR/KPI Targets.Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departmentsMonitor daily warehouse operationsCooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfactionReceipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviationsAssistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structurePreparation documents for the accounting departmentSupervision over the correct circulation of correspondenceSupport in the development of reports and procedures in the area of administration and logisticsActive preparation of documents for tender process and direct involvement in tender process University degree/ High School DiplomaKnowledge of warehousing processesExperience with SAPExperience with cooperation with third party companiesCost reduction and customer orientationProblem solving mindsetCommunication and cooperation skillsWillingness to work in an international environmentAdvanced knowledge of English and Polish languages is mandatoryKnowledge on German language will be considered as a plus Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
