As a Smart Start BPS Method Engineer, you will support the Bosch Production System (BPS) team in continuous improvement, digitalization, and data-driven operational excellence activities.
Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of the Improvement Suggestion SystemCreate Power BI dashboards and digital solutions to visualize and track BPS activities and performanceTake part in shopfloor continuous improvement activities, workshops, and BPS projectsSupport the development and maintenance of internal digital collaboration and knowledge-sharing platformsContribute to AI and LLM-based solutions that improve knowledge accessibility and efficiency in daily workSupport the development and improvement of BPS methods, standards, and ways of workingContribute to digitalization projects that improve process transparency and operational efficiencyCollaborate with BPS experts, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities What Distinguishes You
3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering or Computer EngineeringVery good command of English, both written and spokenProficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is an assetBasic programming and data analysis knowledge; familiarity with SQL and/or Python is an assetStrong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, digitalization, data analytics, and AICurious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop new skillsStrong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
