About this role
What you will do:
We are seeking a highly experienced Controls Hardware Engineer with strong knowledge of circuit design, component selection & related documentation.
You will be responsible for managing circuit modules, creating documentation, managing component database, coordinating VAVE efforts for controls and collaborating with cross function team across sites.

To collaborate with procurement for Controls, PCBA, Electronic components, etc considering global strategy.Improve our ability to reduce and manage complexityImprove Speed in the product development cycleLeverage our global resources and supply baseJointly support to create Supplier Roadmap & preferred supplier listJointly create Technology roadmap, module/component library (with preference)Create VAVE & Quality improvement pipeline - template, track, measure & share progress through the pipeline listGather Competitive knowledgeCarry out Key initiatives / Projects, action contents, action prioritiesCreate extended team at each site to carry out MVT activitiesDefine KPIs for MVT & measure & share progressMake competition benchmarking plan and related budget definition and tracking What we look for:
Required
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication, or equivalent.7-10 years’ experienceStrong background in hardware circuit design, component selection.Willing and able to travel within and outside India for project needsExtensive hands-on on experience on development of Embedded controls of consumer / HVAC productsProject management skillsGood communication and presentation skillsValue analysis / Value engg skillPreferred
