Position Summary
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler. This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily production and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facilityLoad and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficientlySupply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goodsPerform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needsFollow all safety rules, traffic patterns, and PPE requirementsAssist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organizationMaintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, utilizing scanners and other technology to ensure accurate tracking of materials
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience operating forklift, inventory, material handling strongly preferredAbility to read operational and quality specifications Excellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Some areas require hearing protection due to noise levels, and some areas lack heating or air conditioning, so temperatures can vary throughout the day.
