We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 1st shift operations at our Park City, KS facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse activity during the night shift, ensuring optimal productivity, safety compliance, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence to support our team and drive continuous improvement.
Supervise and coordinate all 1st shift warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goodsManage and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality standardsImplement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environmentMonitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracyTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during the shiftCollaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operationsPrepare and submit detailed reports on shift performance, productivity, and any incidentsTrain new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment usageOptimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standardsMust be able to work Monday through Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm (may vary depending on business needs) and weekends as needed Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a 3rd shift environment7+ years of experience in warehousing and distributionProficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) required; experience with SAP strongly preferredExperience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipmentMust be available to work third-shift hours and occasional overtime as required to meet operational demandsPreferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenThorough knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulationsFamiliarity with logistics and supply chain management principlesPhysical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periodsExperience working in a Union environment Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
