Plan, develop and implement SEO strategyCommunicate to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.Manage a team of SEO SpecialistPerform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems and implement solutions in a timely mannerMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankingsMonitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.Stay up to date on latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trendsDevelop and implement link building campaignCoordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams 5+ years of experience as SEO/Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar roleStrong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building.Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc..Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environmentsExcellent communication skills: verbal and writtenExperience working with International Clients including Australia, US & UK Strong problem solving and leadership capabilitiesEffectively provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organizationTeam player, strong work ethic and comfort with working fast-paced demanding environmentAnalytical mindset with numerical aptitudeHow you match
