Blue Sky is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to provide SETA support for the acquisition of ground systems. The candidate will provide SETA support for the acquisition of ground systems cooperatively with government, FFRDC, and other SETA contractors. Candidate should be strong in the area of strategic acquisition. Responsibilities include:
Large development contract managementAdvise Senior and Mid-Level COTRs on acquisition decisions to include investment strategies, portfolio priorities, and risk assessment of project executionProvide expert program management execution supportAct as right hand to junior and mid-level COTRs to steer/direct programsActively manage large programs with emphasis on mission closure and milestone achievementProvide technical and cost assessment of developer proposals, technical reports, design artifacts, and program plans Required qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearanceExcellent experience in managing IC contractsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExperience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DoD spacecraft S'(stemsKnowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program managementDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment with excellent communication skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office applicationsDesired qualifications:
