Duties and responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage sales force functionalityGuide best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation and analyticsDemonstrate Sales force capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation.Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goalsAuthor detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes. * Stay current with the periodic Sales force releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization
Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects Required qualifications to be successful in this roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is requiredAt least three years’ experience in a technical architect role and six years of Salesforce experience including two years of experience in Salesforce Community CloudExperience implementing and supporting large scale, complex solutions and integration of Sales force with other platforms and technologiesSolid knowledge of Sales force architecture and integration components; Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data migration and both API and user interface development principlesSales force certification or equivalent experience with various sales force modules including: CTI, Knowledge, Communities, and Lightning UIScrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)Job Type: Contract
Salary: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
