Must have experience as HR Manager, managing 100 to 200 Employees.Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent Recruitment experience (ex - Node js)Campus recruitment experienceExperience in AppraisalsExcellent communication skills & people management,Orientation, communication, training, empowering, reporting, Human capital resource management.Desired skills and Experience:
Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR. Good understanding of Team management
Minimum 4-7 Years of experience and Should be a Graduate in MBA-HR discipline.
