About this role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design craft end to end, from early concepts and usability testing through to polished, production ready UI. You'll work across web and native iOS and Android, shaping complex products that real people rely on every day.
Because our work spans a range of clients, industries and product types, we're after someone with broad experience who can adapt quickly and hit the ground running in new environments. This is a senior role, so you'll need to move fast, make confident calls and deliver high quality work without heavy oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design across responsive web (mobile, tablet and desktop) and native iOS and Android appsPlan and run usability testing, then turn the findings into meaningful experience improvementsTranslate complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfacesDesign high fidelity UI screens, prototypes and reusable components in FigmaBring an AI first mindset to your work, using AI tools to accelerate your design process and designing clear, trustworthy experiences for AI powered featuresApply platform conventions correctly, using Apple HIG and Material Design and their native components where they belongKeep the experience consistent across web and native without flattening either platformPresent and champion design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidenceBring strong consulting skills to client engagements, building trust quickly, managing expectations and guiding stakeholders through ambiguity and competing prioritiesCollaborate closely with engineers, designers, product owners and delivery leads WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
