About this role
Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and ward-based medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients.Conduct thorough clinical assessments, formulate treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Ensure compliance with institutional clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all patient care activities.Participate actively in clinical governance, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, contributing to quality improvement measures and best clinical practices.Supervise, guide, and provide clinical oversight to Medical Officers and Senior Medical Officers as part of routine patient care.Respond to and manage medical emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical intervention.Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and case discussions to improve patient outcomes.Engage in continuous medical education (CME) activities to stay updated with advancements in internal medicine and clinical best practices. Qualification:
MBBS & Postgraduate qualification (FCPS in Internal Medicine) with a valid PMC registration
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of post-FCPS work experience in a tertiary care hospital as a practicing Consultant.
