About this role
Coordinate internal and external (third parties/vendors) stakeholders, customers for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in coordination with Engineering department.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress through MS Project or Primavera.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectDelegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make/ recommend adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholdersUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Capital Goods Industries or High Value Project Industry /Material Handling Goods Industry/ Automation or Robotics Industry or in industry where products are mixed of mechanical, electrical and IT.
