About this role
As the senior finance representative for our Czech entity in Ústí nad Labem, you will act as the trusted local finance partner, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and effective collaboration with local management, Group Finance and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
Own and manage all local accounting activities in accordance with Czech statutory requirements and Group standardsCoordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing processesEnsure accurate financial reporting for local management and Group FinanceCoordinate tax filings and statutory reporting with external advisors and authoritiesManage fixed assets, inventory accounting and financial documentationSupport internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsContinuously improve accounting processes and internal controlsFinancial Planning & Business Support
Support budgeting, forecasting and controlling activitiesMonitor cash flow and liquidity planningPerform financial analyses and variance reportingAct as a trusted financial business partner to local managementSupport payment processes and receivables managementStakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with local management, Group Finance and international colleaguesCoordinate with auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, banks and authoritiesContribute to finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiativesYour Profile
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in an international environmentStrong knowledge of Czech accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reportingExperience with month-end and year-end closing processesGood understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow managementExperience working with auditors, tax advisors and external service providersStrong analytical and organizational skills with a hands-on mindsetProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelInterest in supporting selected People & Culture activitiesFluent Czech and English, German is an advantageWhat Makes This Role Special
