About this role
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting functional assessments and documenting client needs in detailed reports.
Communicating identified needs with clients, families, and service providers, and coordinating appropriate referrals to relevant health professionals or specialists.
Prescribing suitable equipment and recommending home modifications to support client independence and safety.

What we are Looking For:
You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
A minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the community
You have a valid drivers’ licence
You can provide evidence of:
AHPRA registration
Police Check
Be willing to apply for an Australian police check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
