As an Intake Specialist, your work directly impacts our participants' journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care. Your role: Full time, permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM Be the first point of contact for our participants and their support network, responding to phone and email inquiries.
