We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to drive operational efficiency and provide expert HR guidance across the Business. As a Senior Human Resources Officer, you will be instrumental in guiding managers through complex people matters and be a strong decision-maker. A strong understanding of UK employment legislation will be a significant advantage.
We are looking for a leader who believes in leading by example; you will be expected to balance your senior responsibilities with a hands-on approach to the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our department running.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of UK right to work, visas and the sponsorship process, the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks and deadlines, all whilst leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality HR services.
You will work closely with our international HR teams to share best practices, streamline processes and ensure a cohesive approach to HR service delivery across all global locations.
This position is offered on a full-time basis working 5 days from 7 (typically Monday to Friday).
Proven experience in leadership and people management, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders at all levels is essentialLevel 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, which is essential for cross-departmental collaborationStrong decision-making abilities, with the confidence to handle complex HR issues and mitigate riskHands on approach with experience of working in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, alongside experience working with HR Information Systems Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align human resources initiatives with strategic goalsAct as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders to ensure HR policies are understood and implemented correctlyTake ownership of administrative tasks to support operational efficiency within the departmentDevelop and maintain internal policies and process guidance documents for department-wide consistencyUtilising advanced Microsoft skills to produce, manipulate and present insightful HR reportsManage the end-to-end UK visa sponsorship process to ensure complete complianceProvide expert support and guidance to managers on complex ER issues, ensuring decisions are made with a strong understanding of legal and commercial implicationsLead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Administrators and OfficersWork both independently on specific projects and collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver excellent HR servicesBy applying to us you are agreeing to share your Personal Data in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Notice - https://www.bet365careers.com/privacy-policy
