About this role
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials ensuring conformance to the standards and specifications set by the company Conduct in process monitoring /inspections at start up, designated time interval and at the end run / end of shift Conduct quality inspection on all possible production related defects of all tanks right after fusing / cooking. Ensuring that found "off standard outputs" is directly advice to the operations personnel to adjust necessary parameters to adjust necessary parameters thus preventing the succeeding product to have the same defects. Provide necessary and timely feedback on no conformists found based on the monitoring system.forms. To assist the operations personnel in root cause analysis and corrective actions to be taken.
