Be responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activitiesEnsure that staff are updated on new procedures, products and eventsMonitors the attendance of staff and ensure that the department is adequately manned at all timesprepares work schedule as well as leave availments and distributes work assignments effectivelymotivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field; at least 25-35 years of age, male or femalemust have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouseMust have full knowledge in warehouse management and inventory controls
