Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customersFollow the Company's developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilitesAssist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implementation of Quality process required to support QMS and the company's Quality ObjectivesConduct Audit and investigation to all delivery lapsesIdentify areas for process weakness and propose apporpriate control to mitigate weaknessMonitor corrective actions implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficienciesPerforms audits of processess and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP'sMaintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the OperationsReview and analysis of Shipment Discrepancy for VizMinChecking of Truck movement LogMonitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production OutputDocumentation of Audit ProcessConduct special Audit as per Management's requirementsConduct truck auditDo other assigned tasks College graduate preferably on Engineering, Accounting, Management, IT or equivalentBetween 21-30 years of age; preferably MaleMinimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in audit positionStrong analytical skills and experience with implentation and administrationKnowledge in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteriaExcellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must
