About this role
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials ensuring conformance to the standards and specifications set by the companyConduct in process monitoring /inspections at start up, designated time interval and at the end run / end of shiftConduct quality inspection on all possible production related defects of all tanks right after fusing / cooking. Ensuring that found "off standard outputs" is directly advice to the operations personnel to adjust necessary parameters to adjust necessary parameters thus preventing the succeeding product to have the same defects.Provide necessary and timely feedback on no conformists found based on the monitoring system.forms. To assist the operations personnel in root cause analysis and corrective actions to be taken.Provide traceable information of all task( PE, SS and PT) indicating the production related defects e.g. handling, warehousing etc.Ensure that all for transfer tanks conform to the standards and specifications set by the company.-Ensure the tractability of the product, in cases of complaints and or return itemsConduct product testing trials and studies on matter affecting product quality. These includes but not limited to product handling, sampling method, inspection and testing Methods.
Essential:
College graduate preferably on Engineering or EquivalentISO training an advantageInterpret instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formMust have above average computer skillsDesirable:
Advantage if have experience in plastic, stainless steal and similar industries
