Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Orients subordinate on job duties and responsibilities and explains job performance and standardsEnsures employees' cqompliance to the Company RUles and Regulations as well as operational policies and proceduresMonitors the use of appropriate forms to document stock movement in compliance with warehouse policies and proceduresCoordinates with the different divisions/departments on operational concerns and requirements
Position requires full knowledge of warehousing principles and applications normally acquired through attenmain of a degree in Engineering and/or Business AdministrationMust have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entityBasic knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs. Can perform spreadsheets calculationsMust have full knowledge in warehouse management and inventory controls
