Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilitiesAssist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficienciesPerforms audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP'sMaintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the OperationsReview and analyis of Shipment Discrepancy for VizminChecking of Truck movement LogMonitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production OutputDocumentation of audit processConduct Truck AuditDo other assigned tasks
BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course. Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in an audit positionStrong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administrationPreferably with ERP experienceKnowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must.Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communicationMust have above average computer skills
