Arvato is hiring a Technical Operator for our Las Vegas team. You’ll assemble and prepare high-tech devices,
maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all products meet customer quality standards. This fast-paced role offers hands-on experience and opportunities to grow your skills in a technology-driven environment.
YOUR TASKS
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment as well as the ability to use a computer.Assemble server racks to prepare for technical operationsCreation of traveler documentation for devicesRecording the results of tested devices via software and hard copy records (use of White Canyon, Blanco or I-auditor a plus)Re-boxing and kitting of devices and preparing for put-away into storage locationsDetermine whether finished product meet quality standards for customersWork independently with a sense of urgency and purposeMake decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlinesUse of WMS for inputs and outputsMaintain neat and orderly workspaceAny other task as directed by the supervisorSchedule or Shift: 5AM-1:30PM; overtime as required
At least (6) months of prior work experience within a Data Center or warehouse environment assembling, installing, and troubleshooting network devices.
At least (6) months of prior work experience with installing CAT6, fiber, and network cabinet-level PDU power cables.
English-Fluent proficiency is required for this role (read, speak, write, understand).
Requires the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner, and calculator.
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
