Your Responsibilities
The Solution Consultant acts as a bridge between Smart clip’s technology and its clients, helping translate business needs into technical solutions. The (Senior) Solution Consultant will work with our european team of consultants and is, in particular, managing on our Italian assets. The role assists within the initial onboarding phase, as well as permanently supporting the client after going live. In addition, new product rollouts are to be supported.
Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsBe the technical expert across our platform, our products (i.e. ATV), our integrations, and emerging fields such as header bidding or SSAI/SSASAct as the 2nd line between key partnerships management and technical departments, such as Ad-Technology, Platform Support and Smart clip product teams in regard to initial setups, new products/requirements or day-to-day operational tasksProvide technical setup assistance to our key partners and permanently improve their platform usageAssist in answering RFI’s and RFPs. Recommend and work into new technologies constantlyAssist in making impact assessments of strategic and technical changes (such as 1st price auction, TCF 2.0)Provide (Platform-) Trainings for Key Partnerships managerTroubleshoot and resolve implementation issues Your Profile
Background in computer science, engineering or Business IT.At least 3 years of AdTech experience/knowledge esp. with larger platformsknowledge of VAST, VPAID, ad servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, and SSPsAbility to work as the technical lead for onboarding clientsProgramming experience is a plusAbility to translate technical details to any audienceExperience using various web debugging tools, such as Charles, Firebug, Fiddler, Chrome tools, etc.Manage relationships with the Business Development, Product and Development teamsStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersFluent in English & Italian; other European languages are a plus
