As Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. With your technical background and problem-solving mindset, you will help the team drive operational excellence. Are you on it?
Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operationsManage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activitiesSupport installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environmentsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standardsAct as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvementsCollaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholdersSupport technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environmentIdeally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordinationVery good technical understandingVery good written and spoken German and English skillsHigh service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentalityWillingness to work in shifts The minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
