Berman Star Nissan is looking for a Service Manager to add to the team!
Location: Niles, IL
Pay: $125,000-$150,000 annually
Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Saturday; Sundays + one day off during the week)
Must have Dealership Service Management Experience
You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitabilityLead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staffDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retentionTrain and mentor team members to improve performance and service qualityEnsure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectationsHire and develop service advisors and techniciansAddress customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issuesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goalsWe offer:
