Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Berman STAR Nissan (Niles, IL)
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $115,000+ annually (commission position)

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrivalGather customer and vehicle informationListen to customer concerns and accurately document service needsRecommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and historyPrepare accurate estimates for labor and partsKeep customers updated on repair status and timelinesClearly explain completed work and associated costsCoordinate service appointments and ensure timely completionWork closely with technicians, parts staff, and team members to ensure a smooth workflowQualifications
1 year of Service Advisor experience required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendationsProficient in computer systems and automotive service softwareAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you!
