About this role
We’re looking for a Phone Sales Officers to join our Port Macquarie branch.
In this customer-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound phone enquiries, supporting customers and account managers with product advice, order processing, and exceptional service.
You’ll also work closely with the wider branch team and assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and support branch phone-based salesRespond to inbound calls from customers and account managersProcess orders, invoices, and credits accuratelyAssist with stock management, including shelving and stock countsSupport general branch and warehouse operations as needed About You
