Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify customer parts requirementsProvide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customersProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare quotations and follow up sales opportunitiesMaintain and develop strong customer relationshipsLiaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availabilityWork closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilmentAssist with inventory enquiries and stock control activitiesContribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets You'll be a great fit if you:
