About this role
Reporting to the Product Manager - JAS, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims from submission through to resolution. You'll work closely with suppliers, branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company and supplier requirements.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and assess warranty claims in accordance with company and supplier guidelinesCollect and validate supporting documentation including invoices and product informationTrack claims and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolutionAct as the key point of contact for branch teams and customers regarding warranty enquiriesMaintain accurate claim records and supporting documentationPrepare warranty activity reports for managementLiaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issuesIdentify trends and recurring product issues and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with maintaining warranty procedures and documentation You are an organised administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working through complex processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in warranty administration, claims administration, customer service or a similar roleStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsExperience working with ERP or business management systemsAutomotive, auto electrical, spare parts or technical product knowledge will be highly regarded but is not essential What's in it for You?
