As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.
This is a hands-on field sales role where you'll spend the majority of your time meeting customers, identifying opportunities, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customers receive exceptional support.
You'll manage an existing portfolio of customers while proactively developing new business opportunities across Belmont and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established customer base within your territoryBuild strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators, transport businesses and trade customersIdentify and secure new business opportunities across key market segmentsConduct regular face-to-face customer visits and business reviewsPresent new products, promotions and technical solutions to customersPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunitiesImplement territory plans to achieve sales and profit targetsMonitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movementsCollaborate with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomesMaintain accurate customer records, activity reports and sales forecasts While automotive industry experience is highly regarded, we're primarily looking for someone with a passion for sales, customer relationships and achieving results.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or SalesProven success in building and maintaining customer relationshipsStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachThe ability to identify and convert new business opportunitiesStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing to a broader teamA current and valid driver's licenceHighly Regarded
Experience within the automotive aftermarket, auto electrical, transport, industrial or heavy vehicle sectorsExperience selling into workshops, fleets or trade customersKnowledge of the Perth metropolitan market and surrounding regionsTechnical understanding of automotive parts and solutions Why Join JAS?
