We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established regional territory based in
Your patch covers:
Ballarat to Horsham
Warracknabeal
Nhill
Edenhope
This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role where you’ll manage existing accounts while actively growing new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow an established customer baseBuild strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customersIdentify and win new business through proactive sales activityConduct regular face-to-face visits and cold callsPrepare quotes, negotiate, and close salesMonitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunitiesSupport the branch when required A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the roadStrong at building relationships and delivering great customer serviceSales-driven and proactive, comfortable with cold callingSelf-motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territoryA team player who is happy to pitch in when neededWhat You Bring
