About this role
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping identify the right parts and providing expert support to keep commercial vehicles on the road.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams and colleagues to deliver outstanding service while contributing to the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirementsProvide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customersProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare quotations and proactively follow up opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilmentRespond to inventory enquiries and stock availability requestsContribute to achieving branch sales and service targetsMaintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great service, and thrives in a team environment.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)Strong customer service and sales skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentGood computer and administration skillsA current driver's licenceMechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and transportA positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Truckline?
