About this role
As a Phone Sales Person, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, handling inbound sales enquiries, processing orders and providing expert support across our extensive product range.
You'll build strong relationships with customers over the phone, identify sales opportunities and work closely with the branch team to deliver outstanding service and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries and customer orders via phone and emailBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and servicesProvide product information, pricing and quotationsFollow up quotations and sales opportunitiesPromote new products, specials and campaigns to customersEnsure customer orders are processed accurately and efficientlyWork collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales targetsMaintain accurate customer records and activity notesDeliver exceptional customer service at every interaction We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is sales-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
