About this role
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and sourcing the right parts to keep trucks and fleets operating efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Interpreting and identifying heavy vehicle parts requirementsProviding exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customersProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyPreparing quotations and following up sales opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsLiaising with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilmentAssisting with stock enquiries and inventory availabilityContributing to branch sales and service targets You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and creating positive experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in finding solutions.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industriesStrong customer service and sales skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesGood computer and administration skillsThe ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyA current driver's licenceMechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and the transport industry About Bapcor
