Are you a motivated leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and sales success? Burson is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join our Hallam branch on a maternity leave contract through to January 2028.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch, help drive sales performance, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customersProvide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & developmentAssisting with inventory controlMaintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S complianceSupporting the Store Manager Leading and supporting your team An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environmentIdeally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)The ability to engage with, and motivate team membersCustomer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detailOH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacyCurrent full drivers license At Bapcor, we focus on what matters most for our customers, team members and the communities we serve.
