As the face of the Truckline brand within your territory, you'll partner with customers to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term growth.
You'll spend the majority of your time visiting customers, strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. Whether your background is in automotive, transport, industrial sales, or account management, we are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road and developing trusted customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across your territoryDevelop new business opportunities and expand Truckline's customer baseBuild strong relationships with workshop owners, fleet operators, transport businesses, and key decision-makersProactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutionsPrepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure sales opportunitiesMonitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer requirementsAnalyse customer purchasing patterns and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer records and sales reportingDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in Account Management, Territory Management, Business Development, or SalesA proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsStrong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsThe ability to work autonomously and manage your own territoryExperience within automotive, transport, industrial, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries will be highly regardedA current driver's licence With over 70 years of industry experience and 45 locations nationwide, Truckline is proudly Australia’s go‑to destination for quality truck and trailer parts, accessories, and expert technical advice.
