What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer partsProviding outstanding customer service and technical supportProcessing sales, orders and warranty claimsUsing parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accuratelySupporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when requiredWorking closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsBuilding strong relationships with customers across the transport industry We welcome applications from candidates with:
Parts Interpreter experienceHeavy vehicle, trucking or transport industry experienceDiesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician backgroundsAgricultural machinery experienceAutomotive parts or service experienceMechanical aptitude and a willingness to learnYou'll also bring:
