As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our Sunshine branch. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, champion exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and productsDelivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationshipsSupporting sales growth and branch performance outcomesAssisting with inventory management and stock control processesMaintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirementsSupporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branchLeading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environmentIdeally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)The ability to engage with, and motivate team membersCustomer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detailOH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacyCurrent full drivers license Why join Bapcor?
