About this role
Our Lead Process Control and Automation Engineer works on developing and executing complex process control system integration projects.
On a typical day you will:
Review software and documentationReview and lead the execution of test plansReview and prepare project proposals for clientsLead design discussions and decisionsInterface with customers during technical discussionsLead the entire lifecycle of the project from initial proposal, design, implementation, qualification, and cost of ownershipBe responsible for the resource management of the project team and task assignmentTrack delegated tasks to the members of the teamCoordinate with the Project manager for project schedule, task status, and resource usage.

We are looking for someone with a solid background in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical preferred) and at least 7 or more years of overall technical experience in automation with at least three years in a Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry. Strong experience with technical management of projects. Experience with client service management is a plus. Some experience supporting peer development through mentoring and coaching activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
BS Degree in EngineeringA controls/automation engineer, with a minimum 7-10+ years of overall experience in Process Control / AutomationA minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry/operating facility experience is a MUSTExperience in consulting and / or system integrationExperience with Rockwell HMI and PLC is a MUSTKnowledge of Rockwell batch would be a plusExperience with HMI (iFix, Wonderware) OR PLC (Rockwell/Allen Bradley) OR DCS (DeltaV) is a plus
This is a full-time position. We offer our Consultants a base salary, an incentive program and a full benefit package. Generous relocation assistance is also provided for this role. We are also sponsoring TN visas for this position.
