Job Responsibilities: Welfare, Facility & transportation: Manage day to Facilities upkeep & canteen operations. He should manage vendor contracts as a primary statutory welfare service, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, quality, and subsidized nutritional offerings for all workers. Oversee employee transportation including e.i staff buses, taxis, and company vehicles to ensure safe, reliable daily commuting for a smooth employee experience. Manage plant facilities, timely uniform distribution, printing/stationery, and overall site amenities to maintain a functional, comfortable working environment. Manage and govern welfare budgets (Capex and Opex), oversee purchasing/contract renewals, and track vendor performance to ensure uninterrupted delivery of worker-centric services.
