As a Specialist Development Engineer, you will apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to propose, design, conduct, and oversee experiments and projects within our Research and Development team. Located at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, you will focus on testing chemistry, adhesives, coatings, and materials to generate innovative ideas, write project plans, and deliver high-quality solutions that support product development and continuous growth. Main focus is adhesive development using emulsion acrylic adhesive chemistry. Key Responsibilities Propose, design, prioritize, conduct, and oversee statistical sets of experiments and test methods for adhesives, coatings, and materials. Develop project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources to deliver on core R&D product development objectives.
