Position Summary:
The Volunteer will assist the Activities Director in providing activities for the residents. Volunteer will have direct and constant supervision by an employee of the community at all times.
Essential Volunteer Functions:
Assist Activities Director with activities for the residents, which include group activities and may include one-on-one activities
May include going on outings, such as scenic drives, with the Activities Director and residents.
May include assisting the Activities Director with decorating bulletin boards and/or building in preparation for special events.
May include assisting the Activities Director with bringing activities supplies to the neighbourhoods for staff utilization with the residents.
