We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager - Architect with deep Avaloq expertise to join our organization in Luxembourg. In this role, you will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive banking solutions using the Avaloq platform. You will serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practicesAnalyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designsLead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmapsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycleConduct solution reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvementManage stakeholder communications, presenting technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical audiencesCustomize and configure Avaloq modules to meet specific client and organizational requirementsDocument solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches for knowledge transfer and future referenceStay current with Avaloq platform updates, features, and industry trends to inform solution strategySupport pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations to prospective clients Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Avaloq platform implementation and configurationProven expertise in banking and financial services solution architectureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable technical solutionsDemonstrated experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deploymentProficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management within banking environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present technical information clearlyExperience with project management methodologies and toolsKnowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standardsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred: Avaloq certification or formal training credentialsPreferred: Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architectsPreferred: Background in change management and organizational transformation initiativesPreferred: Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations We realise that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
