Banking Operations is a strategic Avaloq service line providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks. We are organized as a global business area, running state-of-the art backoffice services with industry leading automation, quality, and risk standards. The Global CA pre-processing, is located in Bioggio and is responsible for the set-up and notification to eligible clients of corporate action events. You will be part of a global department located in 3 different countries (Germany, Switzerland and Singapore) responsible for managing Corporate Action business/processes (announcements, Instructions and Payments).
Your key tasks
Analysis of Custodian’s MT564/568 swift messagesSet-up of Corporate Actions eventsNotifications in various languages to end-clients of the banks for elective corporate actions eventsResolution of client’s inquiries
Economics studies, preferably at university level and with a focus in FinanceProactive approach towards a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environmentGood communication and organization skillsGood team player and positive attitudeFlexibility and willingness to learnEnglish languageIt would be a real bonus if you have
