Support learning and development programmes, including training coordination and administrationManage training logistics, registrations, schedules, and learning recordsAssist in onboarding activities and support new hire integrationPrepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholdersSupport talent management and organisational development initiatives Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, or related disciplinesStrong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and HR projectsProactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong coordination skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersWilling to learn and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)
