ADAS Technical Lead Engineer in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea
Position Overview
The Technical Lead (TL) leads the cross functional engineering team to achieve the technical product targets according to the agreed overall project schedule.
He/she ensures the execution of all engineering activities including test & validation and product industrialization (if in project scope).
He/she is responsible for obtaining System MLC(Milestone Level Commitment) releases and/or Product MLC Releases
Responsibilities
Lead and drive cross functional/product engineering team to achieve the technical project targets in timeEnsures the achievement of the required product maturity over the product life cycleAct as technical customer interface for cross functional engineering topicsPrepare technical decision options as input for the change control board and for management escalationPlan technical work packages (content/schedule/quality) according to the overall project schedulePlan and execute product/system MLC(Milestone Check)’s according to defined scheduleAct as plant interface for successful realization of the sample buildsEnsure, that the product meets the industrialization targetsResponsible for releasing the EBOM(Engineering Bill of Materials)Engineering Build Management Bachelor or above degree in engineeringProven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Application Introductions
