About this role
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Managing operative Controlling activities in related Central departments with focus on fixed costs analysis;Supporting Department managers to achieve the fixed cost goals and targets; Developing and implementing action plans to meet the operational targets, strategic goals and stakeholders’ requirements;Ensuring measures implementation and tracking in the respective Central Areas;Ensuring and applying Continental Controlling, Finance and Accounting guidelines, furthermore assure high data quality and transparency;Preparing budgets and forecast for the respective Central Function Areas, and performing budget and forecasts review meetings with Departments and BU's;Providing Month End Reporting, regular KPI reviews and Forecast vs. Budget with explanation of deviations on time with high quality without errors;Close cooperation and communication with the Managers, Executives and Business Units representatives;Handling of the intercompany- and other related invoices;Creation of internal and external provisions;Providing decision supporting analysis for all stakeholders. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:
you have a finished higher education/ university degree in economics / financeyou have an advanced level knowledge of O365 especially Excel and Power BI as well as advanced knowledge of SAP (CO/FI)you have an analytical mindset;you are confident, assertive, communicative, goal oriented and can speak English fluently;you have 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar field;you can take decisive action and have strong communication skills.
