We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Changchun Shi, China. In this role, you'll take ownership of mechanical design projects from concept through production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. You'll drive technical excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
Lead and conduct mechanical engineering development activities in accordance with established development processes and best practicesDesign, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD tools and modeling techniquesPerform complex technical problem-solving and provide innovative solutions to engineering challengesConduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and milestone assessments to ensure delivery quality and project successCollaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D teams, project managers, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure seamless project executionManage mechanical engineering projects by conducting estimations, developing plans, tracking progress, organizing resources, and preparing comprehensive reportsPerform or coordinate mechanical testing and validation activities to verify design performance and reliabilityCreate, maintain, and manage mechanical engineering data and documentation within established systemsProvide technical consulting and mentorship to fellow engineers, supporting problem-solving initiatives across disciplinesCoordinate lessons learned activities and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance processes and outcomesSupport manufacturing and quality teams to ensure designs are producible and meet all specificationsAct as a technical leader within your discipline, contributing to competence development and knowledge sharing **Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineProficiency in mechanical CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)English lauguage in listening, speaking, reading and writing.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, design methodologies, and product development processesDemonstrated experience in mechanical design, analysis, and optimizationSolid knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturabilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage projects, including estimation, planning, and trackingStrong communication and technical documentation skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix environmentFamiliarity with quality standards and testing methodologies**Preferred Qualifications:**
